Our services include but are not limited to:
Payroll – Processing of payroll and tax filings and payments to the IRS and State agencies. Options are available of paying your employees by checks, direct deposit, and payroll debit cards. If you prefer to process payroll in-house, Premium Payrolls will gladly handle the filing and remittance of your payroll taxes.
Direct Deposit – We electronically deposit funds into the checking or savings account of employees who have elected direct deposit.
Payroll Debit Cards – Enabling the percentage of employees without bank accounts to receive the benefit of direct deposit. Employees are issued a debit card in which their payroll funds will be available every pay day.
Laser Signatures – Offering the option of having each check signed with your signature. Authorized signatures are captured digitally, and laser imprinted on every check for convenience.
New Hire Reporting – As required by state law, we will report every newly hired employee for you as we process your payroll.
Garnishments – Each required garnishment deduction will be subtracted from your employees’ pay and forwarded to the appropriate payee.
Bookkeeping – We will process your invoices, payables, and receivables in a timely manner.
